This AI face-swap workflow uses BFS Head V3 for Qwen Image Edit 2509, part of the original BFS Best Face Swap LoRA series. It runs with Qwen Image Edit, taking the body photo first and the face reference second to preserve the base pose, lighting, and background while transferring the head.
