Credits and payment

klopaper sells prepaid credits that can be spent only on generations here. Credits are a single-purpose consumption right, not stored value: they are non-refundable and non-withdrawable, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and have no monetary value outside this service. Prices are shown in credits on the pricing page before you pay.

Payment is in USDC on the Base network only, sent to the deposit address shown on your credits page. Sending any other token, or USDC on any other network, will not be credited and cannot be recovered. Deposits are credited automatically once confirmed on-chain; a deposit smaller than a credit pack is credited pro-rata at the base rate.

Each generation reserves its credit price before it starts. A generation that fails or is cancelled is refunded in full, and one that finishes cheaper than its estimate is charged only for what it used. Every credit movement is itemised on your credits page.

Prices may change for future purchases; credits already bought keep their value in credits. If you close your account, unspent credits are forfeited.

Content policy

Prompts or generations that depict or promote illegal content — child sexual abuse material above all — are prohibited. Do not use klopaper for such content. Accounts used this way are terminated and unspent credits forfeited.

Adult content (18+)

klopaper can generate and surface explicit adult (NSFW) content. It is for adults only: an 18+ confirmation is required before use and is stored as a cookie on your device. Do not use klopaper if you are under 18 or where such content is unlawful. A media-blur option is available in Settings.

Privacy

klopaper stores your email address, your credit balance and its full history, your deposit address and the on-chain transactions credited to it, and your generations — their inputs and the provider URLs of their outputs. Bookmarks are stored on your account.

Nothing is kept in your browser beyond strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie for signing in, your 18+ confirmation, and the media-blur preference. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and no local storage of your data.

Generations run on a third-party GPU compute provider under klopaper's own account — you never supply a provider key. Your prompts and any images you upload are sent to that provider to be processed and are subject to its terms and privacy policy. Generated media stays hosted at the provider and is not copied here; those URLs expire, which is why an older generation may no longer display. Model and LoRA metadata is read from Civitai. When media blur is off, your browser may load media directly from those providers; when it is on, supported previews pass through klopaper's allowlisted proxy.

Deposit addresses and their transactions are, by the nature of a public blockchain, permanently visible on Base to anyone.

Retention and your choices

Generation history and bookmarks are kept until you delete them. Credit and deposit records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, which may outlast account deletion. For access, deletion, correction, or objection requests, contact takedown@klopaper.com.

For formal or legal takedown requests, email takedown@klopaper.com with enough detail to identify the content and the reason.
